Training type Théâtrim leans on techniques of theater and improvisation theatrical as support of
training. This approach draws away an emulation among the participants that come quickly and unwillingly into the "acting" while assimilating much more
information than during a traditional method.
Comedian's
participation allows to approach in a playful and indirect way working axes
while making easier the anchoring of fixed objectives.

MTE-For Training are:
- A practical approach to present, for example, the Charter, the values of the company and management team.
- A technical combination of knowledge so as to think positively and to feel at ease with its customer communication
